What happens if I exceed my transfer (bandwidth) for the month?

Our servers are setup so you can't. This stops any chance of you receiving a bill for extra transfer that you may receive at another host.

Once you reach the your quota of transfer for the month (which is unlikely since plenty of transfer is included), our servers stop serving your site temporarily. Naturally you can upgrade your account to have extra transfer and have your site showing again immediately, or simply wait until the end of the month.

To notify you that the account is close to it's limits, an email will be sent to your address. This happens at 80% transfer usage.

If you suspect that your account will use it's full quota of transfer and would like to upgrade, simply contact Dependra.
