Can I send out an email newsletter to my visitors?

Yes. We do allow email newsletters to be sent from our servers, as long as they are only being sent to people who have genuinely agreed to be sent them from your site.

Newsletters and mailouts can be a very informative and useful tool for many webmasters. We even provide an email list tool in some of our packages to help with mailouts.

At the same time we are very strict in preventing SPAM being sent, so you should make sure that any recipients are absolutely prepared to receive your email messages. If we see any indications or receive any messages suggesting SPAM has been sent from an hosting account, we conduct a thorough investigation. Accounts deemed to have sent SPAM are immediately terminated from our servers.

In order to minimise any risk of SPAM, we only allow 100 emails to be sent every hour from an account, and request that no more than 15,000 emails be sent per month.
