How do I upgrade / downgrade my account?

Upgrading your web hosting plan with Dependra is easy. If you discover that your website has outgrown it's current plan, simply send an email to our sales department.

Please let us know the plan you are currently on, the plan you would like to upgrade to, and your domain name. We will get back to you with an upgrade link for the upgrade payment. Upgrades are only charged for the time remaining until renewal.

If your account does not require the resources it has and you would like to downgrade, let us know you would like to renew on a smaller plan when you get your renewal notice.
