We are happy to answer any questions you may have relating to our hosting services, but our discount price simply does not allow room for doing web design for clients.

Where we can, we may try to point you in the right direction to solve your problem in our efforts to go "the extra mile", but no additional assistance is included and this should not be relied on.

Depending on your requirements we may even be able to point you towards web development specialists who could assist further.

Again, this does not apply to questions relating to our servers. We ensure that everything is 100% operational relating to each account.
